Single professional, recently bought and renovated my condo. I work a hybrid schedule. Flexible, respectful, hygienic. Most of my time is spent working or at the gym. No drama, and we don’t bring the party home unless we are out together.

Please limit any regular overnight visitors to 2-3 days per week.

420 friendly but no smoking in the unit.

My big ask is that you make yourself at home, clean after yourself, be respectful, and effective communication.

The agreement will be on a month-to-month basis 3k for couples, with first and last month’s rent due upfront. This ensures that your final month is already covered whenever you decide to move out.

Additionally, there will be a refundable security deposit of $1,000 and $1,500 for couples will be returned at the end of your stay as long as there’s no damage and everything is in good condition.

If you decide to move out, I just ask for a 30-day notice in writing. Let me know if you have any questions!
