About the room
I am the landlord of the property. Currently, 3 females live on the property. I am looking for one more person, female preferred, to move into the 4th bedroom. All of the bills are included in the cost of rent. House does come with WiFi. There are security cameras on site, there is a hot tub in the backyard, and there is ample free parking. There is also a community pool and community tennis/basketball courts. It is walking distance to a nice park.
About the roomies
The 3 other girls that live here are aged 21-25. There are 3 cats that also live here, so it would be preferred that there are no other animals that move in. Other than that, I am a laid back, flexible landlord. The girls that live there are nice people. It is very important that you are clean and respectful of the other roommates that live there.
