Welcome to your peaceful haven in Valencia! We have a private bedroom with a separate bathroom available for full-time students and professionals. Located just a short 6-minute drive from CalArts and COC campuses, our house is nestled in a clean and safe neighborhood that’s perfect for those seeking tranquility.

We prioritize a respectful and friendly environment, making our family home an ideal place to unwind after a long day. The monthly rent includes access to common areas, high-speed internet, kitchen and laundry privileges, as well as all utilities except cable television. Please note that the bedroom now features beautiful hardwood floors instead of carpeting shown in the pictures.

To maintain the peaceful atmosphere, we have a strict no smoking, no drinking, and no drugs policy. The room is available for a lease term of 6-12 months, with a refundable deposit required. As we value cleanliness and friendliness, we are looking for tenants who share these qualities.
