The monthly rent includes access to common areas, high-speed internet, kitchen and laundry privileges, as well as all utilities except cable television. Please note that the bedroom now features beautiful hardwood floors instead of carpeting shown in the pictures.
To maintain the peaceful atmosphere, we have a strict no smoking, no drinking, and no drugs policy. The room is available for a lease term of 6-12 months, with a refundable deposit required. As we value cleanliness and friendliness, we are looking for tenants who share these qualities.
Street parking is conveniently available in front of the house. Please note that we do not accommodate couples at this time.
