✅Secondary Room is 10x13 with restroom inside the room and a walk in closet. Has the option of being furnished (a queen size bed) standing shower

✅ two fridges (extra space for food. One is in the garage and then we have a main fridge in the kitchen)

✅ cookware and plates, bowls, utensils are all available.

✅Washer and dryer available.

✅Utilities included (light will be split)

Gabi 21, has a small dog named Winnie, works in Dallas loves thrifting,decorating,eating ceviche,hosting cutesy things, recently started a garden with me, down to do whatever.

Me 24, has a small dog named Rosie, works as a lash tech in alliance, I enjoy flowers,nature,fishing,laying in the hammock, camping (anything that gives green vibes) also down to do whatever

We are a NO smoking home, very rarely drink, the dishes are always washed and on the drying rack. I can probably think of dishes being left in the sink a small handful of times this entire year.

We team up a lot! 💓(spices,toilet paper,paper towels, etc.)

Located in a quiet neighborhood, most of the neighbors are grandparents. we do also have cameras installed (for peace of mind) you’ll be able to access/see footage from the tv at anytime ! :)

Owners help a lot, most of everything in the home is provided by them. Yard work and home maintenance will be done by them.

Located in the center of everything. Fort Worth and Dallas are about the same distance (around 18mins either way.) This is a very cute and calm area. There’s a super cute park about a 5min walk from the house! Perfect for pets or just taking a nice stroll. Grocery stores are all about 2-5 mins away.
