About the room
2 bedr. home. It’s only me with a spare bedr.that would suit someone well. Nice living living space plus a soon to be home theater room. A patio area with table and 6 chairs, a medium size front yard, a larger back yard with a fire pit, storage shed(nice) and an area that you can have a garden . The backyard is completely fenced in(wooden privacy panels). Any and all pets are welcome. The neighborhood is very quiet. Mostly older people. Close to stores,restaurants,gas stations etc. I’m only here half the time because i work a lot and have an apartment also.
About the roomies
No other people here, just me and my Persian kitties and Two Pomeranians. However there are three chickens also in their own area.
