The room is completely furnished lots of above storage I own my home and have lived here 18 years because of the price of everything and my little social security check here we are I know that it’s tough looking for something reasonable my neighborhood and home are super quiet and safe
im Merrill and I’m 70 years young sometimes Cindi is 60 and has rented a room from me for exactly two years my other two renters are Jean and Greg since I’m month to month I sometimes don’t know if someone is moving until rent day unless I have already gave them a 30 day notice I have been having a lot tougher time the last two years taking care of my home with very little help anyway I’m going to interview people to hopefully find the right person two of the three people that I rent to are zero help and ungrateful so I will be giving out eviction notices hopefully you are interested have a blessed day
