BEACH LIFE, OCEAN VIEWS! Sunset over the ocean every day! 3 blocks up from the beach, panoramic views from everywhere. Excellent work from home spot. Walk to the beautiful Sunset Cliffs and downtown Ocean Beach with its many great restaurants, bars, shops and farmer’s market every Wed. You can be close to it all yet have blissful peace and quiet. Always plenty of street parking. There is even a lovely, small beach at the end of our street. This is a peaceful, quiet place with expansive, unbelievable views from your private deck, bedroom, living room and patio. Furnished patio and deck, BBQ and outside dining area – all with fabulous views, and a hot tub always ready to go. You will be sharing my 2 bedroom home. 9x15’ Bedroom is furnished with queen bed, nightstand, small desk (can be unfurnished if you have stuff). The private deck is 12x16’. Newly remodeled custom bath with walk-in shower, also a walk-in closet. Washer/dryer in the house. I like to keep the place clean and tidy, cleanliness in the kitchen and living area is especially important. I am responsible, friendly, social and very considerate of others, looking for the same…thanks!

My hobbies include snorkeling, swimming, hiking, backpacking, horseback riding and watching sunsets. I love meeting new people, I am science-oriented and progressive-minded.
