One room available downstairs in three bedroom/three full bathroom two-story apartment. The room will be unfurnished - these are the only pictures I have at this time. This room doesn’t have a closet but we have a tall, double-tiered clothing rack that has always stayed in there for whoever’s room it is :) we also give the downstairs closet to the roommate with that room, so there ends up being plenty of space. The full bathroom is a good size and has great light. I have lived here for eight years and love living within walking distance of downtown, the pier/beach, a grocery store etc. Our complex is gated and small & there are lots of cute neighbor dogs and a big, sunny courtyard. Washer & dryer en suite. Small gym in complex. All female household. Utilities not included - usually averages ~100/m

I am a 34yr old professional and our other roommate is in her 20s and works part-time. We are very clean and mellow and are looking for another girl who fill fit in. We love the beach, movie nights, and try to do roommate dinners a couple times a month. We keep our place very neat and tidy and are very respectful of each other’s space & work schedules. We are looking for another female professional that wants to live in a clean, cute, harmonious space with us!
