Cute bungalow conveniently located only 3 miles from the world famous Siesta Key Beach! Furnished room and bath available. My home is in a great neighborhood and close to everything! The area is wonderful for biking if you enjoy as the Legacy trail is very close and there are great places to go and see from the trail. I am also close to Myakka River State Park 12 miles from house and Oscar Scherer State Park being only 6 miles. That park is accessible from the Legacy trail and from the house. Siesta Key Beach is 3 miles from house with it’s shallow water near the shoreline and offers year-round nice weather. Gulf Gate Village is a stones throw away which has an eclectic mix of over 150 small businesses. Great cuisine from all over the world you’ll find here along with gift and thrift shops, coffee shops, fitness centers and bakeries. There really is something for everyone and it’s also walking distance or bike riding distance to the village from the house. I just love the location because there is so much to see and do without going far. Downtown is a 15 min drive depending on season of course. *Move in date August 1

I’m usually a very active person I bike ride weekly and an avid gardener (even though tiring of this as the hurricane’s keep messing up my work; wink) I’ve been in a professional business role most my life but now working a lighter job with a less stressful pace. (Since the Covid days)
