Amazing sunset and Olympic Mountains views in a quiet neighborhood. Less than 2 miles to downtown Marysville, I-5, park, library and Walmart. Spacious tri-level with bedrooms in upper level, living, kitchen/dinning at middle, lower level is common area with half bath. Great reviews from Airbnb guests about property and their stays

About the roomies

The place was setup as Airbnb and I come to stay as host in basement from time to time. We are thinking to make it mid term rental as well. Currently 2 rooms are occupied with 2 wonderful male roomies. They are clean, quiet and respectful of others, so you will be asked as the same. No Smoke, Drug. No pet, no drama. Single occupant for the room. I do background and credit check with rental agreement after tour.
