There two rooms: one big and one medium. I’m currently using the master bedrooms since there three bedrooms. The rooms are 3 and the restrooms are actually 1.5 not 2 the website would allow to put in 1.5 for some reason. (I hope this is okay)

The rooms aren’t furnished, unsure about the parking they might give you parking space, there’s a 45$ application fee for the lease when you get onto it. (I know annoying pain. X/)

Parking will be a pain because it has to be shared.

There’s only me and the apartment by myself and currently I’m just trying find anyone who is in need of a place and community.

You’ll need 2x the rent. Be advised usual around the weekend/ Saturday and Sunday and sometimes the holiday; I have friends over and we usually either play video games, hang out, play D&D or usually just Vibe and watch movies including horror.

And sometimes the apartment is going to be messy and that’s because I live by myself and I kind of need some assistance with keeping the place tidy I work a night shift, only have time to tidy it on the weekends or Fridays.

Btw: I do have Autism, but I’m high function autistic (Asperger’s), and if your are autistic and need a room and roommate that is autistic I’ll be there. No physical violence in the apartment you will be kicked out.

Edit: roommate is moving out by the 22nd of May hopefully and is hopefully out by the first so I will need someone sooonish.
