It’s a month-to-month rental short term, with a rent of $875 and $125 for internet and utilities. A refundable deposit of $400 is required. Light kitchen use is preferred and available, and all the kitchen amenities are provided, including plates, utensils, cups, a fridge, oven, and microwave, without the need to add anything. I prefer a clutter-free and organized space, so I’ve avoided adding unnecessary items. Laundry is available in the garage, and there’s ample of free parking available. The house is located in Fairfield. Close to Lowe’s, Walmart, and other grocery stores, 10 minutes to Travis Air force Base. It’s about 15 minutes to Kaiser in Vacaville. Air Force Base tenants or traveling nurses welcome.

It’s just me, my black cat Coco and my small white dog named Dash. I work and no drama. I am easy to get along with. I keep things clean, neat and less items.
