The available room is the primary bedroom in a 2-bed, 2-bath apartment (approximately 1000 square feet) at Finney Crossing Apartments in Williston, VT.

Rent and expenses are shared evenly. I currently pay about $1025/month for rent, electric $65/month (on average), and internet is currently around $22/month

Current lease renews at start of September, when rent goes up to $2100 for the unit

Maple tree place is very nearby and has tons of amenities Shaws, Hannaford and Healthy Living are all less than a 5 min drive Easy access to 89, less than 5 minutes Approximately 15 min drive to Burlington

You’ll have to go through the same application process as normal, including background check, credit check, etc.

About the roomies

I’m 31-year-old Composite Technician working full-time in Milton I’m a bit of a homebody who enjoys gaming, working on my cars and soccer. Other interests include motorsports, longboarding, and music. I’m fairly quiet, conscientious, and easy to get along with. Generally tidy, photos of the shared space are representative of its general state Usually a fairly early riser, and go to bed somewhat early.

I’m looking for someone who is responsible, and respectful of shared space. Being willing to communicate your needs/wants peacefully and somewhat directly would be ideal.
