The rental space is the garden level of a home and is shared with one quiet, mature long-term tenant. Owners live in the second floor. We prefer a roommate that is generally low noise, and definitely quiet at night. Current tenant keeps the space clean, but is not a neat freak.

You get a decent sized private room with large closet and garden level window. New paint, carpet, and ceiling fan.

You share with one roommate a bathroom (with shower) and a large combined cooking and living space with couch, gas fireplace, TV, dishwasher, and patio. New vinyl flooring in communal living space. New carpet in bedroom. In-unit laundry. Central A/C and heat. Separate entrance available for renters.

Peaceful neighborhood cul-de-sac, large backyard with mature trees, garden, and pond. 5 minute walking access to Waneka Lake and related walking/biking trails. 5 minute drives to both mainstreet Lafayette and Louisville. Dash RTD stop 5 minute walk away.

The current roommate is 41 year old male that has been living here for 7 years. He is very quiet, mature, friendly, and fairly relaxed and flexible. He cooks simple meals semi-often, keeps the space fairly clean, but is not a neat freak. He is Spanish and English fluent. He enjoys outdoors activities like skiing, camping, biking. Owners live in the second floor. They are a retired couple who enjoy gardening, hiking and pickleball.
