Beautifully furnished Master Bedroom and Bath in West Asheville ground floor 2 bedroom apartment (all utilities are included and first and last months rent are required upon moving in.) The TV in the room has access to free streaming. Sorry, no pets. I already have a cat. This room is for one person only. The apartment is in a quiet corner of the complex adjacent to an open park area. The bedrooms are at opposite ends of the hallway, which affords more privacy. Three personal references are required please, including, at least, 1 recent landlord.
I am a mature female professional Mental Health Counselor and see my clients online in the living room Mondays through Thursdays from 10am to 5pm so need someone who will be either working during those hours or, if in the common area of the apartment, moving quietly. I also practice my guitar and sing in my room. I infrequently have guests but would like to have that option. I would suggest that both of us give prior notice of any visitors and check that that is ok with each other. No excessive alcohol or marijuana use, please, and absolutely no hard drugs or tobacco use. I am kind, clean, and considerate and I expect that you will be as well.
