The room for rent is an average sized room measuring at 10.5 ft x 11.5 ft (not counting the closet space). The room features windows for some natural lighting, a ceiling fan, carpet and a closet with plenty of space.

You will also have access to a bathroom that you will share with another roommate. The bathroom features a vanity, toilet, and shower/bathtub. The rent includes cost of utilities. I am looking to rent to someone with NO Cats, dogs, or other free roaming animals please, I may be ok with certain pets, and possibly in some cases a small dog under 20 lbs, just let me know about it and we could possibly schedule a meet and greet with our dogs at my place, your dog must be very well trained and friendly towards other animals/humans. In addition to the room, the house has high-speed WIFI. You will have access to all of the common areas of the house, including the living room area which features a leather couch and TV, the dining area and the kitchen, as well as the backyard, and a big patio area with an in-ground fire pit. Space in the garage is limited, but I can make some space for a very small amount of stuff, if needed. This house has all of the standard appliances as well such as a stove, microwave, refrigerator, washer, dryer, and dishwasher. I also have pots/pans/dishes/eating utensils that you can use when cooking/eating.

The area where this property is located is very quiet and friendly, neighbors are respectful and mostly keep to themselves. Everyone takes care of their homes in this neighborhood. House is close to freeways and shopping.

My name’s Eric and I’m a 37 year old male and I’m a very respectful, clean and easy-going. I currently live here with another 36 year old male roommate, and a small dog. I’m very easy to get along with. I work at Pepsi, and have been doing that for 10 plus years. My work schedule is consistent, I work early mornings and get home in the afternoon Sun-Thurs. I like to keep a clean and organized living space so I’m looking for someone who feels the same way.

I’m pretty quiet and respectful of other people, so I expect the same. As mentioned above I do have a french bulldog. My dog is very friendly and well behaved, she’s very sociable as well, so she’ll most likely interact with you. She’s also potty trained. She also isn’t one of those dogs that barks a lot. All of that being said, I’m looking to rent to someone who loves dogs. My roommate is very chill and respectful, easy to get along with, and he keeps to himself for the most part.
