The Lodge Suite is a private room that includes a ceiling fan, comfortable chair, dresser, end table, and full-size bed. The room features a private bathroom There are two private closets (one walk-in). You will share use of the large fully stocked eat-in kitchen, along with the use of a sizable community room and front porch. All locks are electronic so you will have a personal code to enter the house and your thumbprint to enter your room. The property is in the Brighton Neighborhood close to 264, 464, and 64 expressways. The home is close to a variety of shopping on and around Portsmouth Blvd.
You will be sharing the house with three other male roommates each with their private room. We are a husband and wife team who want to provide a safe and comfortable home for three mature roomers
