I have two rooms available! Would prefer two people who already know each other if possible Home centrally located in Redding, 5-10 minutes from everything! Nice open backyard. I recently bought the house and have been putting in the work to make it a cozy home! We have maintained a very calm and comfy living environment and hope to keep it that way. An ideal roomie would be a female aged 18-30 who is laid back and kind, maybe a student or someone who is steady with their line of work :) I will be living there part time as I travel often. I have a dog who’s a couch potato and cats who are usually outside. This will be a lease of 6 months at least. Home includes me (25 y/o female) along with my dog and my two cats who spend most of their time outside :) I’d prefer someone who is also very work driven and stays busy. I tattoo full time, enjoy going to the gym, and spend a lot of time snowboarding throughout the winter. I have a good flow of keeping the house tidy and presentable (absolutely no slobs).
