About the room
Open room is $700/month (utilities not included)in a 3bed/2bath rental house. About 10min from downtown, quiet area. Brand new house so we’re the first to live here. No cats, preferred no dogs.
About the roomies
Both work full time with very different schedules, so we try to keep the place quiet all hours and would ask a new roommate/tenant to do the same. Both males in early 30s. I have one dog, the other tenant has no pets.
