PLEASE, read my listing carefully. The room has three closets, a fan, and a private bathroom, besides the room has new paint and a new ceiling fan. The area is very quiet and clean. I do NOT offer a laundry service. There is a swimming pool in the complex. You can find grocery stores, gas stations, banks, laundries, pharmacies, Super Wal- mart, Kroger, restaurants, stores, post offices ,parks and two libraries pretty close. I live close to Jimmy Carter Blvd, Singleton Road, Harbys Road, Indian Trial (85 North and South exits) and Hwy 29, too). The complex is very quiet and safe. Please, No pets, and No kids anytime. I only rent the room to one person, preferably one man ,No women, No couples either, please. If you have any questions, let me know. I will response it as soon as possible. You can see the room’s pictures anytime. The room will be EMPTY, NO tables, chairs, pictures, mirror etc. It is unfurnished. I can show you the room on weekends from 3:00 pm to 8:30 pm, or Mondays thru Fridays from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm ( except on Wednesdays) with a previous appointment, please. I rent this room at least for 6 months or more, of course, if everything works out for both parties. This room is located in this zip code 30093 (Norcross GA) It is not close to Marta public transportation. The room is near to a Gwinnett bus station, almost three blocks from the house.
