About the room
Hello!
We have one room available with PRIVATE bathroom.
Listed price includes EVERYTHING: water, sewer, electricity, heating, trash, internet and kitchen supplies for you to use ! You can just move in and enjoy the place.
This room used to be our office so that desk you can see on the pictures is not there anymore.
The house is technically a condo but looks similar to a townhouse and is located in a quiet HOA neighborhood, on a dead end street, where you can find dog park, golf course and Kasch park. It’s about 1 mile away from Boeing, at the border of Mukilteo/Lynnwood/Everett. If you work for Boeing, you can take a shuttle to work or walk/bike as it’s very close.
About the roomies
We are respectful, quiet, clean and active. We own that house so you can stay as little as 1 month or as long as 5 years!
