You will have use of common areas such as kitchen, living room, dining area, W/D and a parking space in the driveway. Rules are pretty relaxed. Prefer easy-going, relaxed tenants. No drama. No smoking in house and no pets allowed. Just respect each other’s belongings and quiet times. Neighborhood is very safe. Restaurants, Mall, Grocery stores are within 1-2 miles. Showings available Thurs-Sat only. Except May 27-30.
