This room has a walk in closet, it’s own private bathroom with a double vanity, jet tub, separate shower, linen closet, private toilet, a mini fridge, microwave & coffee maker. 2-tier deck with BBQ that over looks my private pond. Large fire pit, Pool table. Walking distance to Publix, town & Walmart. 10 minutes to Bessemer & 17-20 minutes to Birmingham. Excellent location, safe & quiet neighborhood. Mailing address is Bessemer, but is located in Hueytown, Jefferson County. There are a few exotic cats here. They have their own room (lower level) & their own outdoor enclosure. But they do live here. If you have any questions, just ask.
About the roomies
3 reside here. Clean & quiet, keep to themselves & work full time. Nobody bothers anyone & keeps to themselves.
