In 3 bed/2.5 bath fully furnished house with washer and dryer, long driveway for off-street parking, utilities/internet included. Conveniently located within 10-15 minutes of Hanes Mall and many stores and restaurants in a quiet neighborhood. Nice yard space/garden with hammock and trees in back yard. Will prefer to do trial of 3 months and can extend lease if all goes well. Last tenant ended up staying almost a year. No smoking inside, plenty of beautiful space outside for that. You can choose unfurnished and bring your own furniture if you prefer. Can send more photos if needed, or contact for a viewing. Married couple 35 (f) hairstylist/travel agent and 44 (m) maintenance/cook, and 5 cats (although 1 is kept separate) originally from Colorado. We are pretty easy going, a bit nerdy and introverted ; we mostly just watch movies/play video games and do art/crafts, go on hikes or work on the yard/garden when not working. No pets is not optional; We are animal lovers but we prefer not to bring in other pets that could hurt the animal dynamic. We mainly just prefer a person that doesnt try to host crazy parties, isn’t too messy or bringing drama and will pay rent on time; They can be as social as they want to be. Will prefer background check if possible but don’t worry, a record will not immediately disqualify you. This is a family-oriented neighborhood, so it is up to our discretion for the safety of ourselves and our neighbors.
