A nice rental community in Waltham with plenty of parking. About 2 miles from Moody Street. Apartment common areas and kitchen are largely furnished but the room is not. Will require application with landlord to join lease. Rental through July 2026, possibility to extend.

I am a biotech professional between jobs and spend most of my free time at the gym or at home. Into fitness, rec sports, board games, audio books, and videos games. Also, Hope is another roommate you’d have. She works at a print shop, sells art, and teaches art classes. Her art supplies are regularly in use in the common areas. She also likes to stay active and travel around New England. This room would share a bathroom with Hope, and there is a half bathroom available on the first floor. Currently I have a cat and Hope has a dog so must be ok with living with animals.
