Hey Brittany here, would love to find a girl roommate to partner up with starting this summer, you’d be taking over my current roommates lease, with the hopes of resigning come spring time!

This is a beautiful townhouse on the east side of Bend next to the St. Charles hospital. This townhouse comes complete with two master bedrooms that each have their own private bathrooms. There is a large living room, dining room, kitchen and half bath downstairs. The main living area comes furnished, but am open to you bringing furniture you love if that is something you have and want to bring when you move.

The second bedroom will be open and available starting June, it is the bigger of the two bedrooms, with a larger closet, balcony, and outdoor storage off the balcony, again with your own bathroom. We have a washer and dryer upstairs along with extra closet space on both sides of the laundry closet.

We also have a detached garage with plenty of space for any outdoor gear or storage that you may need. I am currently using about a half of the garage for a workout space and storage for my outdoor gear. You are more than welcome to use the free weights and workout space that is out there! We do have a front lawn space that is not fenced but nice if you have a dog and need a space for them to go potty! There’s one parking space that I occupy but plenty of street parking right off the side of our townhouse.

Rent is $1,875 , the current split is me paying $900 and my current roommate is paying $975. This split has worked for us since she has the larger of the two bedrooms, and more storage space, open for discussion though! This does not include utilities, we pay gas, power and wifi.

Applying for the space with Mountain View Property Management would require someone with a good credit score, there is an application that you need to fill out that includes a $50 fee, and you will have to provide proof of employment/income.

A little bit about me I am 30 years old and love the outdoors, you can typically find me out walking, hiking, attempting to mountain bike, camping, paddle boarding or just being out enjoying beautiful Bend, Oregon. When I’m home I love to watch TV, workout in the garage, paint, read, puzzle or try my hand at a new recipe. I work full time as a teller at a local credit union, so I’m gone most of the day and here in the evenings ever so often to wind down after work, I tend to be out and about most evenings/weekends, but catch me coming in and out and on to the next adventure!

If you have a dog I am definitely open to having a dog in the space, they will need to be registered as an emotional support animal but they are more than welcome.
