Modern 2 bedroom home with fully furnished bedroom to share with myself and my pups. Great location with pool, spa, pond, fire pit, bbq, and bar with lots of seating outside. A 10 minute or less walk puts you at LB City College, airport, freeway entrance, farmers market, brewery, restaurants, retail stores and bars. 15 minute or less drive to the beach, downtown Long Beach, and Cal State Long Beach. Room is fully furnished with a computer table, smart tv with fire stick, reading bench, and a closet with built-ins that is cedar lined.

I am an elementary teacher. I enjoy nature, travel, food, diy, sports, concerts, fairs, the arts, and festivals. Basically, I love being outdoors, that’s why I live in Southern California.
