You have your own full size refrigerator, and driveway parking. Shared Office space to use when needed, and shared bathroom with one very clean male roommate. Full sized Laundry room and updated kitchen. No pets, non-smokers preferred.

I’m laid back and work weekdays. Just want a responsible person who can pay rent on time and be cool living with. There is two other background checked male roommates that live here. Everyone is quiet and we barely see each other as everyone works and like our personal space. Everyone cleans up after themselves, and are friendly. You also have a shared loft space upstairs that you can use for your guests, exercising, movie time, for your own extra personal space within the house.
