We both value a clean, peaceful home and good communication among roommates.
We’re friendly and social but also respect everyone’s independence and personal space. We’re looking for roommates who are: • financially responsible and employed or in a stable graduate program • communicative and comfortable addressing small issues respectfully • clean and considerate in shared spaces (dishes done promptly, trash taken out when full, laundry not left sitting) • respectful of quiet hours and neighbors • generally mature about shared living
Cj and I have dated/lived together for 3+ years. The home tends to be a calm environment. CJ is more of a night owl and I’m an early riser, so the space works well for different schedules as long as quiet hours are respected.
We enjoy occasional shared meals or coffee runs but everyone also does their own thing.
