Brick ranch with security cameras, and has a covered handicapped ramp (installed when I broke an ankle) quiet country living, fenced, have separate spare room with brand new twin bed and will consider renting it for woman with child. Has garden area and greenhouse. Fenced area for a well-behaved dog with up-to-date vaccines. I have an older mixed dog who would like company. He enjoys sleeping on a blanket in the laundry room and sniffing the backyard after he has a liver pudding slice for breakfast. Dog friendly, but never on furniture or in bedrooms. I have NICE outdoor kennel with dog houses for when I am not here. The internet is reliable and I enjoy quiet living. Roomie will have available parking under carport but it is a tight fit with the ramp. There is a circle driveway. Home is 40 minutes from Fort Liberty, 25 minutes from Southern Pines, and 12 minutes from Sanford.

I work as a journalist and English instructor at a community college, and write fiction. My hobbies are gardening and reading. The rural neighborhood keeps neighbors at a distance, but there when you need someone.
