This is a four-bedroom house. Some rooms are available immediately, while others will be organized and prepared within a few days for incoming renters. You can see the general condition and layout of the rooms in the photos; all rooms will be cleaned out either before or during the showing.

Use of common areas and other parts of the home will be discussed and negotiated during the walkthrough. Amenities will also be reviewed at that time with interested individuals.

Utilities are negotiable, and the rooms are currently rented on a week-to-week basis, which can also be discussed depending on your needs.

I will also be residing in the home. The area is nice and conveniently located on a main street. This is a shared living arrangement, and rooms are rented to different individuals.

I also want to be transparent that my response time may not always be immediate, and I appreciate your patience with communication.

At this time, three rooms are available for rent. One room is currently occupied on a longer-term basis and is not available.
