(*Note: Must be comfortable with steep stairs) You will have your own kitchenette area with small fridge, microwave, coffee pot, kettle etc. as well as light use of main kitchen. Your area also includes a small reading nook.
Shared laundry, porch, blooming garden popular with hummingbirds, backyard grill and outdoor furniture for relaxing. Easy street parking. Utilities included with reasonable use (water, electric, gas, trash, internet).

Close to DVC (Diablo Valley College), Pleasant Hill, Concord. Near bridge to Benicia and Vallejo. Convenient to Richmond , Oakland and Berkeley

We are small family household with peaceful, no-drama vibe, looking for the same. We work from home, so quiet needed during work hours. We can be social but also value privacy. We enjoy exploring the many hiking trails nearby, local farmers market, live music downtown, theater. We have a dog and a shy cat.

Suitable for one pet-friendly person, preferably working away from home during business hours. Seeking a reasonably quiet, clean, responsible individual who communicates well, takes care of the space, pays rent on time, is mindful of energy use. No smoking, excessive drinking, parties or overnight guests.

Initial 2 month lease and then month to month, but hoping for a good fit for longer term.

Willing to consider rent reduction for occasional pet sitting or other tasks. For the right housemate we would consider a small pet with deposit, but would need to be compatible with current pets.
