Sunny room available in a single family home. Closet in room, hardwood floors throughout, bathroom is directly across hallway from available room, skylight in hallway outside of room, house is two floors with recent renovations throughout house. 3 season sun room. 1 spot in driveway is included. House has a fully fenced in yard with a pergola and some outdoor seating. Corner lot, lots of sunshine.

5-10 minutes from Lynn and Nahant beach.

Shared washer and dryer in basement, small dishwasher. Tv in kitchen and living room. Bathroom includes bathtub. Quiet-ish neighborhood, friendly neighbors, elementary school within walking distance.

Two small dogs, one cat- they are my shadows and just want to be wherever I am in the house as you can see in the pictures. When I am not home they are secured in my room. All are friendly and understand other people’s personal space. None of them are heavy shedders. Home is free of animal odors and well maintained.

I own the house and will be continuing to live here, I work from home most days. In my 30’s and live a pretty quiet lifestyle and value cleanliness and respect/friendliness.

(Except cooking) 420 friendly, but no smoking in the house 🙂 love concerts, wine buddies, girl dinners, and deep chats. Also love personal space. I have a craft room that I would consider sharing with the right roommate.
