It’s a new two-story house, has a big back and front yard, the neighbors are pretty lovely, your bedroom will be in the second floor as well as the bathroom which will be next to your room, the room is not furnished and if you need some help to move your stuff to the second floor we can help. The dimensions of the room are about 10 X 10

• I’m Maria, I’m 20 years old, I’m a college student and also have a part-time job, I live in this house with other three people, my dad (Jorge), my mom (Eurys) and my uncle (Victor) who is also renting a room.
• My parents only speak Spanish, but I can translate for you if needed.
• My uncle Victor, he’s very respectful and friendly.
• Personally, I’m very kind and I will try to make you feel home , if you like to meet need people and talk I’ll be there, if not no problem!
• About the kitchen, living room and laundry, you can feel comfortable there, you can use our household appliances (like the coffee machine, blender, refrigerator, washing machine, etc).
