✅ Place has: - Med-Lrg Bedroom with Walk-in Closet - Private Full Bath and Shower - Lots of Easy Parking just 40 ft away! (unlike OB beach area, no driving around for 20 min!) - High Speed Internet - Cozy Living Room (already furnished, divides bedrooms for more privacy) - Big Private Patio - Laundry room! Great front-loading washer and dryers, - Sound-proof glass windows (can be quiet as a library) *smoke/herb outside only.

🏄 OB/Point Loma area has some of the most friendly people in SD. I’m friendly and easy-going, but expect Respect as I’ve lived here many years and EVERYONE wants to move here from EVERYWHERE, so I have to be more careful.
