About the room

The corner room is the best situated room on the second floor as it has enough daylight but does not directly face the morning sun. It is furnished, with floor area of about 12x12 ft. The shared bathroom is just across the aisle. There is also a bathroom on the first floor that can be used by the roommate. The house is spacious with a large backyard and sideyard. The living and dining rooms, kitchen, laundry and patio are accessible to the roommate. The house is near the Norman Murray Community Center and Park which has lovely, spacious rooms, fields, and trailways. It is a safe, quiet neighborhood.

About the roomies

My wife and I live in a 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom house with our 22 year-old son who works and goes to college. The current roommate is a quiet, gentle senior lady who is independent, active and working. We, thus, prefer female roommate applicants. We have 2 cute cats.
