Private, unfurnished room with two windows and good natural light. Comes with a full-sized closet and I’m happy to share some of the other storage space throughout the house if needed. Bathroom has large vanity, a tub, and a large single mirror. Great cabinet and drawer space, plus a linen closet.
The neighborhood is safe with lots of sidewalks and green spaces, a beautiful community pool, and a dog park just a two-minute walk from the house. It’s a six-minute drive to Harris Teeter, Publix, and Rivergate Shopping Center, and only ten minutes from the Charlotte Premium Outlets and Berewick Town Center.

You’ll be sharing the house with my dog, Petey, me, and one other roommate. We keep a clean, calm, and friendly environment at the house. I’m a 34-year-old attorney and have loved living here so far!
I grew up in Charlotte and have been back since about 2020 so know the area fairly well. I’m pretty extroverted and love hanging out with people, but I’ll most likely be spending most of the time in my office in the house working long hours. When I’m not working, I’ll be going on runs in the neighborhood, taking Petey out on walks, going to the gym, and making quick meals in the kitchen.
I will have guests over from time to time and don’t mind if you do as well as long as I’m able to focus on my work and they respect the space. I’m not super uptight when it comes to organization and cleaning, but I would like for us to keep the common spaces neat. I will ensure all common/shared spaces are cleaned on a regular basis.
Petey is a super sweet, playful, medium-sized dog. I’ll be working from home and I’d love to share the space with someone who also has a dog so Petey has someone to play with. I’d be more than happy to take care of another dog throughout the day in all the ways I’ll be taking care of Petey. When I’m gone, he goes to daycare nearby and is great with other dogs and loves people too.
