We would like to hire cleaners for deep cleaning once a quarter. That’d cost $15/month per person. Garbage and gardening are fully covered by the landlords. 🏡The House: Features gorgeous new hardwood flooring in the living room and kitchen, a large kitchen with a gas stove, fridge, and a brand-new dishwasher. 👥 Meet Your Roommates We are young, clean professionals who love outdoor adventures but value a quiet, peaceful home environment. Roommate 1: A former LBL postdoc who transitioned into data science. She works from home, loves hiking, and enjoys a good backyard BBQ. You’ll be sharing a bathroom with her! The Owners (Master Bedroom): A female Kaiser professional and her husband (a small business owner). We work from home part time, are avid kitesurfers, and take excellent care of the house (if anything breaks, we fix it fast!). Note: We have a cat that stays with us occasionally. Our Ideal Roommate: Someone who is clean, respects shared common spaces, and keeps things quiet after 10 PM on work nights.
