Room available for rent in a quiet, but fun neighborhood in downtown Concord, NC, right outside of Charlotte.

The house is a 1960s bungalow that has been completely remodeled this year. There is a full kitchen, furnished living room, dining area, laundry room, and spacious backyard and front porch. The house is a 15 minute walk to the shops downtown and a short walk to parks, greenways, rec centers, and other amenities. Uptown Charlotte, Noda, and South End are all within a 30 minute drive. There is a home security system installed and keyless entry locks, as well as all new appliances throughout. The rent is $875 per month and includes all utilities. We are a smoke free property.

I’m 26 and a nanny. I also work a part time remote job, so I am in and out a lot. I love traveling and exploring new places! The other roommate is super sweet! She’s 21 and works at a restaurant.
