Hello, this is a beautiful property right next to Laurelhurst park. This is an amazing walking neighborhood with food carts, movie rentals, and grocery stores near by. The apartment is upstairs so no noisy footsteps above us. There are only 4 total apartments units in the building which is locked and only is 4 apartments have keys. The kitchen is a smaller size but still plenty of counter space for cooking. Vintage style vent is by the stove that you pull to turn on and it works VERY well. There is coin operated laundry (only $1.50 per machine). The rental property has someone come and clean the floors and washer and dryer once a month to keep the place nice and clean. Shared bathroom that has a tub and a nice shower fixture. Portable ac for living room and central heating. For utilities, water is included. We only pay for electricity (50-125 each) and WiFi ($40 each) a month, electricity is based on usage. Plus trash ($12). ESA pets are allowed. I have a cat who is very friendly and active but I don’t know how he acts around other pets. Management will ask for previous housing reference to verify you have not been evicted previously.

I am 26 and am a quiet, clean, and respectful person. I’m usually working or in my room lately but I love to go on walks in the neighborhood. I’m just looking for someone respectful and clean to move in : ) the apartment is already available and I’m trying to fill ASAP and please ask any questions you may have.
