It’s a nice apartment located in Rocklin with winco , Costco and bel air and Starbucks and 10 minutes from sierra college. The apartment has a weight room to stay active a heating pool and regular pool , walking spots Very safe neighborhood It’s one bedroom apartment turning the living room into a studio I’ll remove everything in the living room then you can decorate how you see fit with privacy barn door , etc There’s a walk in closet it’s big enough to share I’ve live in this apartment for 5 years I don’t enjoy it as I should so I want to open the space for someone that really needs it
