The property is a craftsman single-family home on Spokane’s lower South Hill only a couple blocks from downtown and public transportation options to the University District and elsewhere. The room is fully furnished with a full bed, nightstand, dresser, storage trunk, book shelves, television, and closet. It’s located on the main floor of the home away from the rest of the bedrooms, enjoys its own private entrance, and has a delightful view of the city skyline. Roommates would have shared access to streaming services, kitchen appliances, shed storage, and bathrooms at the home with the option for a quiet, private office in the basement.

I’m a single mom in my mid 30s with full custody of two kids ages 4 and 5. I work remotely in the cybersecurity industry and while attending law school. I enjoy music, board games, reading, meditation, martial arts, coffee shops, exploring new places, and almost anything nerdy. I aspire to be good at gardening, but so far the results have been mixed. I’m generally easy going and friendly with guests regularly at the home, but I’m also an introvert and often need space to rest and relax.

My kids are about as well-behaved as you can expect at their age, are very good helpers, and love to cook. They are at pre-school most of the work day, so you won’t have to worry about them being too noisy. The Roomba also helps keep the house cleaner even with little ones around. While an ideal roommate would eventually become a dear friend who loves my kids, I’m happy to give you as much or as little space as you desire.
