This is much more than and bedroom and bathroom. There is a sitting room (living room) with TV, wet bar, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker and dishes, glasses and silverware. It is private and on the second floor in a beautiful neighborhood backing up to an 11 acre park with the Animas River running through it.

I have a small dog (age 5) and a cat (age 18) that live with me and are confined to the ground floor. I do not want to have any more pets on the premises and hope that you like my animals. I prefer to rent to someone who is working and the time frame is open. There is a space to park on the left side of my driveway. I am a self employed artist and my studio is in the enclosed garage.

I am the only person living here and I am a retired senior (still do custom leaded glass windows in my garage - commisions only) I had a traveling nurse live here for six months last year. She plans to come back later this year. However, there is another private en suite where she can stay if she decides to return.
