Super cute Williamsburg 2 bedroom, central to everything going on, and only 3 blocks from the water. $600 prorate for May, $1200 afterwards.

Everyone in the building is super social and we always look to welcome new people. The square footage is smaller, but they make up for it with high ceilings, huge windows, a massive rooftop, and a private back courtyard. I decorated when I moved in, repainted the rooms, and keep the place clean and feeling homey.

The available bedroom is smaller and therefore costs less rent. It has a large window into a private building courtyard. The room is currently furnished with a brand new full sized bed and bedside table, two dressers, a tall clothes rack for hanging things, and curtains - I can remove everything if you aren’t interested in a furnished room. The bathroom has a large clawfoot tub with a large rainfall showerhead.

There is a massive rooftop the size of two basketball courts - killer view of the city. Everyone in the building is in their 20s to 40s and we are all quite close and social. There are tons of bars and restaurants on every surrounding block. You really can’t get a better location.

Heat and hot water are included in rent. Electric + Internet + Gas = $40 average

I’m social and easy going, I work in the city, and tend to be out during the work day. I have a very lovey border collie who comes with me anytime I go anywhere, bars included. He’s incredibly well trained to follow every command.

I keep the apartment clean and quiet. I’m open to social or private people. Feel free to ask any questions. I’m happy to provide a live video walkthrough if anyone is interested. I know most people in the building very well and would make sure you also get to know them all.
