Private condo community (with pool) I have had housemates with great success for years. Share with owner (me)There are rooms for two housemates. (Currently 1 male, 1 female) Room is 17X 10 plus a walk in closet and large window, TV and furnishings except a bed. New appliances. Low key environment. Rent includes internet, YouTube TV, Netflix & most household items. Nominal fee for housekeeper twice monthly. (I pay a larger percentage) Electric is 3 way split.

About the roomies
I have had housemates for years with great results. Quiet, low-key atmosphere. Good communication helps keep things running smoothly. Condo has a pool. Multiple parks near us. Pretty tough without a car though.
