You’ll be living with just me, I’m a 50 year old male who is laid back looking to live with another male as a Roomate. I am an avid music and record collector, I I DJ and do club promotion. I am a people person and can be a bit more on the social side. I’d like to chat on the phone before meeting to get a feel for the person who potentially is moving in . I am looking for someone who definitively can pay the rent, and has back up in case something happens. That is why I will be asking for first and last month’s rent and deposit. Been in many situations where people cannot afford the rent. This is a very nice place and the rent is inexpensive, as of the utilities as well.
