The property is very well located, only two blocks from Adams avenue and within walking distance from groceries, cafes, restaurants, bars, and a lot more.

The house has two bedrooms and one bathroom, therefore you’ll have your own room, and we’ll share the bathroom.

The available room has three windows and great lighting and airflow. Two of the windows face the backyard, which has two large trees that provide lots of shade and privacy.

The room is furnished, including a full size daybed with a storage drawer, a dresser, a marble desk, an office chair, and a 43” tv.

The home has been fully renovated, so we have double pane windows, brand new kitchen and appliances, and is fully equipped.

Pets: Pets are welcome! Please note that there are two large four legged residents already, so new incomers must be friendly. Cats and other species would be a new experience.

My name is Amanda, I’m in my early thirties and I work full time at an 8-5 schedule. I have two 2yo Rotties that are quite rambunctious and will shower you with love and licks at any given time. They love being near humans and will follow you around when I’m not at home.

Routine: I love game nights and puzzles. A clean home is very important to me, and shoes should be removed prior to entering the house (only socks and slippers inside please).

Joints, bongs, resins, or whatever requires fire to be lit can be smoked OUTSIDE the house. Vaping kept to a minimum at the common areas please.
