I’m renting a private master bedroom/bath in my home in Vista. It has a queen sized bed with a new mattress, a futon, an empty dresser, two bookcases, and a flatscreen TV. The attached private bath has a walk in shower. The rent is $1750 per month. All utilities, including internet, are included in the rent. There is also a second smaller bedroom available for $1300 per month. I have the third bedroom. My son (who doesn’t live here) and I share a small dog who is often here. Friendly dogs are welcome. They will love the backyard. There is shared access to the other rooms and bathroom in the house. My home is on a half acre lot in Vista, CA. It has a beautiful fenced in backyard and nice front yard with off-street parking. Let me know if you’d like to come see it.
There are no current roomies. I’d prefer male roomies, but will consider couples and couples with children.
