Your private space: 1 bedroom + 1 private bath with 2 sinks, shower/tub combo. Space can be furnished (queen bed, desk, 55” flat screen tv, etc) or unfurnished. [If more than 1 tenant, rent will be adjusted.]

Upgrades: new HVAC, solar, exterior stucco, newer roof & windows, renovated bathroom, jacuzzi (Eco Spa).

Shared kitchen: custom shaker cabinetry, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, 2 ovens and a warmer, 6-burner cooktop, and free-standing bar area/wine fridge. Chef’s kiss on cooking equipment!

We are a fun-loving yet responsible family of 3, including a mental health specialist in area schools, a financial planner/fire spinner, and our 11-year-old daughter who loves aerial silks, making art, time with friends, and Roblox. The 4-legged family members include 3 cats, a male orange tabby and 2 female Torties from the same litter (the twins). They are all friendly indoor/outdoor cats who get along well and mind their manners.
