My roommate is moving out early to be closer to his work. We’re looking for someone to replace him on the lease. It’s a 2 bed 2 bath with a sizeable kitchen and sunroom. The lease ends January 2027 willing to renew. Rent is $1809; rent and utilities equaling around $2300 at max. It’s a chill neighborhood located near a lot of stores, restaurants, gyms, and a park.

Hello, I’m August. When I’m not working, my weekends are often spent writing, going to the movies, or hanging with friends. I make little short films sometimes, too. I’m trying to get back into exercising again.

My work schedule can be haphazard since it’s a lot of gig work with late nights, but I do my best to be quiet when getting in at 3 AM or earlier.
